How do I download multiple files at once?

You can download multiple files at once using the Storage Guard feature.
The Storage Guard lists all files available in your CRM, allowing you to:

1. Log in to the CRM.
2. Click the User Menu.
3. Select Settings. The Settings page opens. 
4. Click Configuration > Storage Guide. The Storage Guide page opens. 
5. Click All Other Files section. 
6. Filter the files you want to download.
7. Select multiple records.
8. Download them in bulk.

Note: You can download up to 10 records at a time from Storage Guard.
