Follow these steps to provide an option to upload documents:
- Log in to your CRM account.
- Click the Main Menu.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Webforms under Automation.
- Open a webform.
- Scroll down and click the +File Upload Field button.
- Provide a name to the field under Document Title.
- Mark the field as mandatory by enabling the Mandatory checkbox. This is an optional step.
