    How do I integrate Twitter DM with Vtiger Live Chats?

    Follow these steps to integrate Twitter DM with the Live Chat module:
    Step 1: Creating Twitter user account in Vtiger Social module
    Step 2: Enabling Direct Messaging in Twitter
    Step 3: Integrating Twitter Direct messaging in Vtiger CRM

    Step 1: Creating a Twitter user account in Vtiger Social module
    To use Twitter Direct messaging, you must first integrate your existing Twitter account (or create a new one) with the Vtiger Social module. 
    Follow these steps to integrate your Twitter account with Vtiger Social:
    1. Log in to the CRM.
    2. Go to the Social module.
    3. Click Twitter under Add Social account.
    4. An Authorize Vtiger CRM access to your account page opens.
    5. Enter your Twitter account credentials to log in.
    6. Click Authorize app.
    Or 
    1. Click Sign up for Twitter if you do not have credentials.
    2. A Join Twitter Today page opens.
    3. Click any of the following:
      1. Sign up with Google. A Choose an Account to continue to twitter.com message is displayed.
        1. Select an account you want to use to sign in to Twitter.A confirm you want to sign in to twitter.com message is displayed.
        2. Click Confirm to continue or Cancel to not sign in.
    Or,
    1. Sign up with Apple A Use your Apple ID to sign in to Twitter message is displayed.
      1. Enter your Apple ID credentials.
    Or,
    1. Create account. A Create your account page opens.
      1. Enter or select the following information:
        1. Name: Enter your name.
        2. Phone number: Enter your phone number. 
        3. Date of birth: Enter your date of birth.
      2. Click Next.
      3. A Customize your experience page opens. 
        1. Enable Track where you see Twitter content across the web for Twitter to personalize your experience.
      4. Click Next.
      5. Click Sign up. An Authenticale your account message is displayed.
      6. Click Submit. A Verify phone message is displayed.
      7. Enter the code sent to your phone.
      8. Click OK.
      9. Enter the password.
      10. Click OK.
    Your Twitter account has been successfully created in the Vtiger Social module. Once installed, you will find it in the Live Chat module.

    Step 2: Enabling Direct Messaging in Twitter

    Once you have created a Twitter account, you must enable Direct Messaging in Twitter for other Twitter users to send you a message. 
    Follow these steps for other Twitter users to send you a direct message: 
    1. Log in to your Twitter account.
    2. Click More.
    3. Click Settings and Privacy.
    4. Click Privacy and Safety.
    5. Click Direct Messages.
    6. Select Manage who can message you directly.
    7. Enable the Enable message requests from everyone checkbox.
    Your Twitter account will now be visible to other Twitter users.
