What are the charges for adding users in annual subscription?

For annual subscriptions, when you add new users, you'll only be charged a prorated amount on the first invoice after they're added. After that, monthly charges apply on the annual price. 
At the end of the year, Vtiger automatically renews the subscription for all active users for the next year.
