How to auto-forward emails from Group accounts?

If you have created an alias/group (for example, [email protected]) and added individual team members to this group, you must add the Vtiger mailroom address as another group member. Vtiger will receive all emails sent to this group and appear in your Group Mailbox in Vtiger.
