Why are my outgoing emails failing to send and getting stuck in the queue?

Your outgoing emails may fail to send and remain stuck in the queue if the email account password was changed but not updated in the Mail Server (Outgoing Server) settings. When the stored password doesn’t match the updated one, authentication fails, and the system cannot send emails. Updating the correct password in the outgoing email settings will fix the issue and restore normal email delivery.
