How do I view CSAT Survey responses in Vtiger CRM?

You can view the CSAT survey response in the following ways:
  1. From the CSAT Survey record
  2. From the module and the particular record from which the survey was sent
Viewing CSAT Survey Record
Follow these steps to view a CSAT Survey record:
  1. Log in to the CRM.
  2. Click the User Menu in the top right corner of the CRM screen.
  3. Click Settings. The Settings page opens.
  4. Go to Automation
  5. Click CSAT Survey. The CSAT Survey List View opens.
  6. Click the CSAT Survey record. The Summary View of the record opens.
  7. View the following details of the record:
    1.  Summary 
      1. Response summary: Shows a breakdown of the types of responses received.
      2. Responses Volume: Indicates the total number of responses submitted. 
    2. Respondents: Lists the participants who submitted responses, along with the time and their responses. 
    3. Activity: Displays all activity related to the survey record, including updates and interactions.
Viewing Survey Response from a Related Record
You can view survey responses directly from the module and record the survey you sent.
Follow these steps to view the CSAT Survey response:
  1. Log in to the CRM. 
  2. Open the module to which the survey was sent (e.g., Leads, Contacts, or Tickets).
  3. Open the specific record associated with the survey.
  4. Click the Details View
  5. Go to the CSAT Rating section.
  6. View the following information in the CSAT Survey section: 
    1. CSAT Survey Rating: View the emoji selected by the customer as their rating. 
    2. CSAT Survey Index: View the descriptive word associated with the selected emoji rating.
