How do I edit an existing CSAT Survey?

You can edit a CSAT Survey even after sending it to improve the questions, update settings, or adjust triggers based on feedback or changing needs. 
Follow these steps to edit a CSAT Survey:
  1. Log in to the CRM.
  2. Click the User Menu in the top right corner of the CRM screen.
  3. Click Settings. The Settings page opens.
  4. Go to Automation
  5. Click CSAT Survey. The CSAT Survey page opens.
  6. Hover over the CSAT Survey record. 
  7. Click the Edit icon. The Editing CSAT Survey page opens. 
  8. Edit the following information in the CSAT Survey:
    1. Details
    2. Primary Questions
    3. Thank you page
    4. Survey Trigger
Note: You cannot change the Related Module or the Rating Scale while editing the CSAT Survey.
