Why is data from my Facebook forms not being captured correctly?

Data from Facebook forms may not show up if the fields are not mapped correctly. Each question or field in your Facebook form needs to be linked to the right field in your system. If a field is left unmapped or empty, the data won’t be captured. To fix this, check your field mapping and make sure all important fields are connected properly.
