Why is the Print option not visible for some records in the Expenses module?
The visibility of the Print option depends on the approval configuration. When approvals are enabled, the Print option appears only after the record is approved. For older records created when approvals were enabled but not approved later, the Print option may not be visible. If approvals are not required, you can disable the approval process. For newly created records after disabling approvals, the Print option will be available immediately.
