Enhancements
Appointments Page
A new API for the Appointments page returns available time slots for a specific Appointment Page on a given date, based on staff availability.
You can use this API directly on your website so customers can check available slots in real-time and book appointments.
Approvals
Attach supporting documents to approval requests.
You can now attach the following types of documents related to your approval request: PDFs, Images, Videos, Docs, Plain text, Sheets, and MP4s. The attached documents are accessible under the Related Documents tab of the record.
When the approval mail goes to the approver, the related documents of that record are available in the email if the Insert Related Documents checkbox is enabled at the approvals setting level.
This is beneficial for both those submitting a request as well the approver.
Submitter's Perspective: Enables submitters to attach supporting documents directly to approval requests.
Approver's Perspective: Allows approvers to attach additional documents to approval notes.
Audit Forms
Pause, Resume, Timer, and Timelog options in Audit Forms.
This helps you (auditors) check into and use multiple audit forms simultaneously.
The Pause and Resume functionality will let you pause and resume your auditing multiple times as required. Each time the form is paused:
All responses are saved.
The form moves to a new Paused tab in the mobile app, and the Auditor is directed to the Todays tab.
When you put an audit in the Pause status, you will be able to view the time spent on the audit in the Paused Tab.
Audit Forms
You can use the Enable Recurrence toggle button to display the Frequency, Repeat, Number of Recurrences, and Until fields in your Audit Forms.
Note: The Until field is a read-only field and is dependent on the other three fields for calculation.
You will be able to generate multiple audit forms based on the recurrence parameters only when this toggle is enabled.
Audit Forms
Expiry as a status value for audit status.
A new status called Expired is available in the Audit Form status picklist. If you update your form to Expired, the Audit Form will be removed from the tabs – In-Progress, Today, and Overdue in the Mobile App.
Note:
The Expired status is treated as the Closed state. Administrators or authorized users will have the option to enable, disable, or modify this workflow anytime as per business requirements.
Beat Plan
Create quotes, deals, contacts, events, and documents from a Beat plan.
You can create a quote, deal, contact, event, and document records from a Beat plan. Records created by this will show the source as the beat, and records are linked to that particular beat plan and route.
Events
You can search for Partner Contacts under the Participants Look up field. This will let you send invites to Partner Contacts without having to search for your partner contact under participants.
When you look up a partner under the Participants field, the CRM will search in the Partner Contacts module.
Importing
You can export the records that were skipped or those that failed to import during an import process to a CSV file. The CRM will display the Export option only after the import is finished, and if any records failed to import.
Exporting will generate a CSV file with the following data:
All records that failed to import
The columns of the CSV file will be those that are mapped during the import process.
The Failed Reason column that will show the reason why a row failed.
Kanban View
You can now customize your Kanban View for all the modules that support the Kanban View in the CRM.
You can configure this from Modules and Layout > Kanban View section. You can also use the drag-and-drop option to change the field position.
Default Sort By and Default View are also available for all users of the module. When you log in and select the Kanban View, you will see these fields selected as the default sort by and default view by.
Note: You can select only 7 fields (including the Entity field and the Assigned to field).
Ozonetell
You can now select the Outbound campaign name when you use the click2call option for Ozonetel Phone configuration.
When you make a call from Vtiger using Ozonetel, the phone call receiver sees the number based on the campaign you select.
Partner Portal
You can attach files or images to cases via Comments in the Partner Portal.
You can attach files of different extensions, such as PDF, XLSX, Microsoft documents, JPEG, etc.
Products and Services
Mass Edit on Product Taxes
You can perform a mass edit in the Products Module for the Product Taxes field.
With the Mass Edit option, the Taxes field in the Products module layout displays all active taxes. These are the taxes you have configured.
A checkbox allows you to mark a specific tax as active or inactive.
You can also display and update region-wise tax values for a variable tax.
Example: The government can change product taxes from time to time. Assume your organization has more than 5000 products. Suddenly, taxes are changed for 200 products. With this option, changing the tax becomes easy.
Purchase Orders and Bills
Link multiple purchase orders (POs) to a bill
You can now add more than one PO to a Bill from the PO-related tab in the Bills module.
The system will display POs from the same Vendor (as linked from a Bill).
Quotes - Discount Records
You can set up Assignment Rules for Discount records across Inventory modules using the Apply To field in the Discount module.
This field is a multi-select picklist listing the available profiles. By default, it should select All Profiles.
Based on these rules:
Discounts can be applied based on the assigned user’s profile or role.
Each Discount record will be accessible only to the specific roles or profiles it is explicitly shared with.
Note: Restricting discounts based on user profiles or roles ensures that only authorized users can apply specific discounts in Quotes, maintaining better control and consistency in pricing across the organization.
Reports
Dynamic sorting for reports
Dynamic sorting and ranking options will let you generate the Top N reports for leads, deals, and quotes, where N can stand for the Top 5 or Top 10, or a specific number. This is possible due to a new field called the Record Limit field that lets you select the number of records you want to display. For example, the top 10 leads by deal size, or the top 5 deals this month, or the top 10 industries by Leads generated, etc.
This enhancement will:
Reduce data clutter by focusing on the most relevant entries.
Provide more actionable sales insights
Help you focus on high-value opportunities
Etc.
Services
Mass Edit on Service Taxes
You can perform a mass edit in the Services Module for the Taxes field.
Assume your organization provides 200 types of services. Suddenly, taxes are changed for 75 service types. With this option, changing the tax becomes easy.
Webhook
You can Whitelist IPs and domains for Webhook traffic from the Authentication Settings page > Whitelist IPs for Webhook Traffic tab.
Note: Only admin users should manage whitelist settings. Admins can:
Add/manage trusted IP addresses/domains for webhook connections.
Add or delete single/multiple IPs/domains in one action.
Every Whitelist change will be logged in the system with the following details: action type, admin user, IP/domain affected, and timestamp.
The Whitelisting action will support both IPv4/IPv6 addresses and domain names. IP addresses will be validated for correct syntax and valid ranges.

Enhancements
Growth Edition
Record limits have changed in the Growth Edition. The following modules are no longer considered in the record limit calculation: ModComments, Emails, Phone Calls, Reactions, Emotions, SLA, Employees, Inbox, Import, Users, PSLineItems, Approvals, ProcessDesigner, JourneyTemplates, Case Attachments, and Contact Images.
This change ensures that only business-critical records contribute to the overall record count.
This allows you to use the system more efficiently without being constrained by background or system-generated data.
Settings (Roles, Profiles, Groups, Business Hours)
Search option in Settings List View.
You can search for specific roles, prophecies, or groups, instead of navigating to the next page or scrolling through the entire list. For example, in Roles, you can search for the following (in columns/fields):
