Yes you can. Follow these steps to edit your billing information:

Click the User Menu icon.
Click the Billing button.
Go to the Payment Details tab.
Go to the Billing Details section.
Click the Edit button.
Enter the details.
Click Save.
All the details you have entered will be saved successfully.
