What are the prerequisites for using WhatsApp and IMI Mobile with Vtiger CRM?

To integrate WhatsApp and use it with Vtiger CRM through IMI Mobile: 
  •  You must have a business account with IMI Mobile. 
  •  Your business account with IMI Mobile should be Active.
 You must enable WhatsApp Extension in Vtiger CRM.
