How do you schedule a JioMeet Meeting from Webchats?

Follow these steps to create a JioMeet Meeting from the Webchats module:
  1. Log in to your CRM account.
  2. Click the Main Menu.
  3. Go to Help desk.
  4. Select Webchats.
  5. Click on any conversation in the Live Chat console.
  6. Click the More icon on the top right of the conversation window.
  7. Select the Log a Meeting option from the drop-down.
  8. Enter or select the following details in the Schedule Conference window: 
    1. Event Name: Enter a Name for the event.
    2. Activity Type: Select JioMeet from the drop-down.
    3. Start Date & Time:  Enter the starting date and time of the event.
    4. End Date & Time:  Enter the ending date and time of the event.
    5. Description: Enter a description for the event.
    6. Participants: Select the participants for the event.
  9. Click More Fields to add other details like Agenda, Location, etc.
  10. Click View full form to view the entire form. 
  11. Click Save.
On saving, the system asks you if you want to send the JioMeet Meeting link to the participants you have selected. 
You can also send the JioMeet Meeting link from:
  • Webchats conversations
  • An Email compose window
