Why am I unable to see the Surveys module in the Add-ons page?

The Surveys module in Vtiger CRM is available on the Add-ons page. Please verify it as an admin user.

To install the Surveys module, follow these steps:
  1. Log in to the CRM.
  2. Go to the Main Menu.
  3. Click Add-ons.
  4. Search for Surveys.
  5. Click Install.
  6. Confirm the installation by clicking Yes.
Once installed, you can find the Surveys module under Main Menu > Essentials > Conversations and Marketing > Campaigns.
