Setting up two-way sync in the sales inboxFollow these steps to set up two-way sync:
- Click Main Menu.
- Select Essentials.
- Click Inbox.
- Click Get Started.
- Click Set Up My Mailbox.
- Choose 2-way sync.
- Click Proceed.
- Select the email client you want to sync your emails with. For example, Gmail, Yahoo, etc.
- Click Proceed.
- Sign in to your email client in the pop-up window.
- Choose your inbox settings:
- The folders you want to see in your inbox
- The period from which the emails must sync
- Fill in the mandatory information.
- Click Save.
