Follow these steps to set the session limit:
- Log in to your CRM account.
- Click the User Menu on the top right corner of the CRM screen.
- Click Settings.
- Click User Management.
- Select Authentication.
- Click the Edit icon.
- Go to Logout Policy.
- Choose your session limit from the Concurrent Session limit picklist.
- Click Save.
