How do I create an FAQ?

You can create FAQs in the following ways:
  • Manually in the CRM
  • Through Import
  • Webservice
  • Workflows

Follow these steps to create an FAQ manually in the CRM:
  1. Click the Main Menu.
  2. Go to Support.
  3. Click FAQ. You will land on the List View of FAQs
  4. Click +Add FAQ
  5. Enter the following information:
    • Add the question and click the tick mark
    • Add the answer and click Save
    • Add the category of the FAQ
    • Add the version
  6. Click:
  • Save to save the record
  • Save and Continue to save the record and add more details in the Summary View.
