How do I add a screenshot in an FAQ?


 Follow these steps to add a screenshot to an FAQ:
  1. Log in to the CRM.
  2. Click main Menu
  3. Go to the Help desk.
  4. Select FAQ. The FAQ List View opens.
  5. Click and open the FAQ to which you want to add the screenshots. 
  6. Click Edit. The Editing FAQ page opens. 
  7. Click the Image icon in the Answer textbox. 
  8. Click the Upload tab.
  9. Click Choose File to browse and select the image on your local computer.
  10. Click Send it to the Server.
  11. Specify image properties such as the alternative text, height, and width of the image, alignment, etc., in the Image Info tab (optional).
  12. Click OK
The screenshot will be added to the FAQ.
