What are the types of workflows available in Vtiger?

Vtiger supports three types of workflows:

  • Standard: Standard workflows allow you to automate actions when an event occurs in the CRM.
  • Multi-path: Multi-path workflows let you define multiple actions that the CRM needs to execute based on different picklist field values in a single workflow.
  • Scheduled: Scheduled workflows let you pick a date and time at which they must run and execute actions.
