What are the different components of a workflow?

A workflow consists of four components:

  1. The module on which the workflow is executed. Modules are specified in the Basic Information section of a workflow.
  2. The trigger that will cause the workflow to execute. You specify triggers in the Workflow Trigger section of a workflow.
  3. A workflow executes its actions based on the conditions you set. Conditions are specified in the Entry Criteria section of a workflow.
  4. Actions that the workflow will perform when the conditions are met. You specify actions in the Actions section of a workflow.
