I do not want a mandatory field to display in a webform. What should I do?

You can hide mandatory fields from the webform by providing an override value for it. Fields with an override value are automatically hidden.

Follow these steps to hide a field:
  1. Log in to your CRM account.
  2. Click the User Menu on the top right corner of the CRM screen.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Look for the Automation section.
  5. Select Webforms.
  6. Open webform or create one.

  7. Click on the space provided in Add Fields.
  8. Select a field from the drop-down.
  9. Hide a field by enabling the checkbox and providing an Override Value for it.
  10. Click Save.
