Bounces are the emails that are not delivered to your subscribers' inbox.
Bounces can be classified as soft and hard.
Bounces can be classified as soft and hard.
- Soft bounces are temporary delivery failures: They occur when emails are dispatched but the recipient does not receive them as the recipient’s mailbox is full, or an email file is too large, or the email server is down.
- Hard bounces are permanent delivery failures: This may occur when the domain name is incorrect or does not exist, or the recipient's email ID does not exist.
