How can I prevent back-to-back appointments?

You can prevent back-to-back appointments by setting up buffer time between them in the Appointment page.

Follow these steps to set up a buffer time before or after an appointment to provide the necessary gap:
  1. Open an appointment record under Sales > Appointment Pages
  2. Go to the Event Scheduling step and fill out these two fields:
    • Buffer time before appointment: Prevents scheduling back-to-back appointments. For example, if you say 15 mins, you will have a 15-minute gap before your next meeting.
    • Buffer time after appointment: Prevents scheduling back-to-back appointments. For example, if you say 15 mins, you will have a 15-minute gap after a meeting.
