What is Positive Passive Contact sentiment in Vtiger CRM?

Positive Passive Contact Sentiment represents a situation where the Contact is happy but not completely satisfied with the interaction or Event.
It is displayed as a smiling, positive emoji in light green. This emoji appears in both the Event record and the Contact record.
