Follow these steps to create an event from another record in the CRM:
- Click the Main menu.
- Go to Sales.
- Click Deals.
- Select a record.
- Click the Events widget.
- Click the ‘+’ button to add a new event.
- Fill in the necessary data fields in the Quick Create > Events window.
- Click:
- Save to save the event record
- Save and Continue to save the event record and go to its Deep Dive View
Clicking
Cancel discards the data that you entered.
