How do I integrate Microsoft Teams with Vtiger CRM?

Microsoft Teams is not available by default in Vtiger CRM. You must install it from the Extensions > Add-ons.

Step 1: Install the Conference Add-on
Follow these steps to install Microsoft Teams:

  1. Log in to the CRM. 
  2. Click the User Menu on the top right corner. 
  3. Click the Settings. The Settings page opens. 
  4. Go to the Extensions section.
  5. Click Add-ons. The Add-ons page opens. 
  6. Search for Conference. The Conference Add-on appears.
  7. Click the Install button.
  8. Microsoft Teams is now installed in your CRM account.
Step 2: Connect Your Microsoft Teams Account
  1. Log in to the CRM.
  2. Go to Main Menu.
  3. Select  Essentials > Events. The Events page opens.
  4. Click the Sync button on the top right. The Sync window opens.
  5. Click Sign In next to Microsoft Teams. A Microsoft login screen appears. 
  6. Enter your Microsoft credentials.
  7. Grant necessary permissions to complete the authorization.
  8. Click Sign In. 
Your Teams account is now connected to Vtiger CRM
