How do I track responses from Teams meeting participants in CRM?
After sending a Microsoft Teams meeting invitation from Vtiger CRM, the participant's initial status will appear in the Event record as either Accepted (if they accept the invitation) or Queued (if they haven’t responded yet).
Once the meeting is complete and the Event status is changed to Held, Vtiger CRM syncs with Microsoft Teams and updates the invitee status to Joined for participants who actually attended the meeting. Only those who were invited and joined the meeting will have their status marked as Joined.
