You can find Contact Sentiment in Vtiger CRM in the following places:
- Contact Record: Open a Contact record to view the Contact Sentiment field, where the feedback emoji selected after an Event is held.
- Event Record: When a contact is added as a participant to an Event, and the Event is marked as held, the selected feedback emoji appears in the Event record.
This allows you to view the Contact’s Sentiment directly from both the Events and Contacts modules.
