Follow these steps to configure live chat widgets:
- Login to your CRM instance.
- Click on your profile picture in the right corner of the screen.
- Click the Settings button.
- Select Widgets under Websense.
- Select the tracker of your choice.
- Select the widget.
- Customize the labels and text messages in the General tab.
- Assign agents who will be responding to your clients in the Agents tab.
- Connect your Facebook page so that all the messages are diverted to Live chats in the Facebook tab.
Note: You can also configure the widget by going to
Settings >
Websense >
Trackers. Hover over a tracker record and click the
Configure widgets button.
