How do I add a tag to a chat record?

Follow these steps to add a tag to the chat record:

1. Click the Main Menu.
2. Go to the Essentials tab.
3. Select the Live Chats module.
4. Open a chat record.
5. In the Summary View, click the More icon beside the chat number.
6. Click the + icon in the Tags block.
7. You can either search for an existing tag or add a new tag.
8. Click Add button.

The tag will be attached to the chat record.

Note: You can also add a tag from the Live Console window as well.
