You need to install the Articles extension from the Extension Store for the Articles module to appear on your CRM.
Follow these steps to install the Articles extension:
- Log in to your CRM account.
- Click the User Menu on the top right corner of the screen.
- Click the Settings button.
- Go to Extensions.
- Click Extension Store.
- Install Articles extension.
- Click the Launch button to open the Articles module.
