The List View enables you to perform the following operations on the Articles' records:
- You can perform many quick actions such as Edit, Delete, Export, Merge Records, etc., on the article records in the List View.
- You can create lists to sort and store the records displayed in your List View. You can save these lists for future reference.
- You can search for a record as well as filter the rest of the records using field names that you specify. This feature comes in handy if you have a large number of records in the CRM.
