How do I see the rating of my Articles?

Follow these steps to view the rating:
  1. Log in to the CRM. 
  2. Click the Main Menu.
  3. Go to the Support
  4. Select the Articles.
  5. Open an Article. The Summary View opens.
  6. Click the Analytics widget on the right sidebar.
The Article Rating block shows how many readers have found your article helpful or not helpful. To know more about Articles, click here.
