How do I view and manage connections in a record?

The Connections tab on a record shows the existing connections for that contact or entity. Let us consider Contacts here to view connections for a record.
Follow these steps to view your Connections:
  1. Log in to your CRM account.
  2. Go to Essentials.
  3. Select Lead and Contact Management > Contacts. The Contacts List View opens.
  4. Select the record for which you want to view the connections.
  5. Go to Connections tab. The connections for the respective record will be displayed.
