How is the Vtiger Sandbox different from your Vtiger CRM instance?

The data in the Sandbox is a copy of your CRM data and is refreshed once a month, upon request. Also, to ensure that emails are not sent to customers from the Sandbox instance, the Sandbox will have the following restrictions.

 

Functionality	Restriction
Send Email	Customers can't send an email from the list, details, mass selection, etc.
Email Campaigns	Customer will not be able to create/send an email campaign from crm, he can just view existing records
Outgoing server	The default configuration ( mail.od1.vtiger.com ) is deleted from the CRM. Customers will not able to setup new outgoing server details as this page will be displayed as a blank page.
Cron Jobs	All cron jobs, like workflows, notifications, etc., are disabled and can't be used.
SMS Server	SMS services will be disabled.
Push Notifications	All push notifications to mobile devices will be disabled.
All Extensions	Google, Office 365, Tally, QuickBooks, and any other integrations will be disabled.
Billing page	Will not be available for Sandbox
