What should I do if I get a 404 error in the CRM?

The 404 error occurs when your customer attempts to access a page on the CRM platform that cannot be found.

Follow these steps to address the 404 issues in the CRM:
 
Follow these steps to change the DNS server settings to Google DNS on a Windows Server:
  1.  Open Network Connection on your system settings.
  2. Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog.
  3. Type ncpa. cpl.
  4. Press Enter. This will open the Network Connections window.
  5. Select Network Adapter.
  6. Right-click on the network adapter you want to change (typically named Ethernet or Local Area Connection).
  7. Select Properties.
  8. Select IPv4 Properties.
  9. Enter or select the following in the IPv4 Properties window:
    1. Locate Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4).
    2. Select it.
    3. Click on the Properties button.
    4. Change DNS Server Addresses.
  10. Enter or select the following in the IPv4 Properties window:
    1. Select Use the following DNS server addresses.
    2. Enter the following Google DNS server addresses:
      1. Preferred DNS server: 8.8.8.8
      2. Alternate DNS server: 8.8.4.4
  11. Apply Changes.
  12. Click OK to apply the changes
  13. Close the Windows.
