What happens to my data when I downgrade to Vtiger’s free edition?

When you downgrade to Vtiger’s Free (One Pilot) Edition, your existing data is retained as long as it remains within the limits of the free plan. If your data exceeds these limits, you’ll need to delete or reduce records before the downgrade can be completed. Please note that the Free Edition includes only basic CRM features and view-only access to some modules. Advanced features, automation, and third-party integrations available in paid plans will no longer be accessible after the downgrade.
