How do I display the latest records first in a module in Vtiger CRM?

In Vtiger CRM, when you open a module, the records in the List View are automatically shown in descending order, with the most recently added or modified records appearing at the top.
If needed, you can also sort the records manually by clicking on column headers like Created Time or Modified Time within the module’s List View
