Can I downgrade to the Vtiger One Pilot Edition?

Yes, you can downgrade your CRM account to the Vtiger One Pilot Edition. However, please consider the following details:
  • You can downgrade after your current billing cycle ends and once your free month of service is over.
  • To proceed with the downgrade, please inform the Billing Team before the end of your free month, so that they can begin the data backup process.
  • Once the backup is ready, you can move to the Pilot Edition and remove any data that goes over its limits.
