Features

Dark Theme

  • You can now use Vtiger CRM with the Dark Theme. Here’s how to enable it:
  1. Log in to your CRM account.
  2. Click the User Menu on the top right corner of the CRM screen.
  3. Move the toggle button (on the top-right) to the right to switch to the Dark mode.

What’s New

  • You can now get information on the latest features within the CRM’s What’s New section.
    1. Log in to your CRM account.
    2. Click the User Menu on the top right corner of the screen.
    3. Select What’s New.
  • Use the left and right arrows to swipe through the feature list. 
  • Click Learn More to view the documentation.
  • Click See all features to view all the latest released features.

Zapier

  • Admin users can now find the sync option for Zapier under Contacts > Sync > System Level Connectors
    • Click Add to install the Zapier extension.
    • Click Configure to set up and use Zapier. To learn more about Zapier integration, click here.

Enhancements

Deal Probability

  • Deal’s Probability is now a mandatory field when you set it up under Settings > Pipelines & Stages.
  • When you explicitly specify the Probability value while creating or updating a deal, it is retained and not overwritten with the default value mentioned in Settings > Pipeline & Stages.
  • Workflows and approval tasks can set/update the Probability field value.
  • There is no default mapping for Probability under Settings > Lead Conversion Data Mapping. Admin users can set it up if required. 
  • When you create a deal during lead conversion, 
    • If a mapping exists for Probability, then the mapped value is set.
    • If there is no mapping for Probability, then the value specified in Settings > Pipelines & Stages is set. 

Partner Portal

  • The Edit option has been added for records in the Partner Portal. You can enable the Edit permission in the CRM’s Partner Portal Settings.
  • You can now search for records from the Partner Portal’s List View. Type the keywords in the search bar above the column names to search based on field values.
