Add-on Publisher

• Have you published your app through Vtiger’s Add-on Publisher? Then your or your organization's name will be displayed on Vtiger’s Add-ons page under the App's name.

Cases (Calculus GPT)

• You can now automatically send an FAQ (in a reply) matching the contents of an incoming email for a case.
• How does it work:
  • You must set Case Category and Subcategory for incoming emails in Calculus GPT settings. 
  • Calculus GPT reads the content of the email and finds matching FAQs using Category and Subcategory.
  • If a matching FAQ or FAQs are found, the links are sent in an email to the customer. Clicking the link will take the user to the KB page with the FAQ link.
• Note: You need to activate Calculus GPT to use this feature.

Export and Import 

• You can now export or import Whitelisted domains from the Add-on publisher.

Product Bundles

• You can now add sub-products while creating a Purchase Order (PO).
• A separate checkbox is available for Purchase Orders in the Bundle section. 
  • By default, this checkbox is enabled. 
  • If the checkbox is enabled for a PO - You can create a PO and add the Parent product and the child products along with it.
  • If the checkbox is not enabled for a PO - You can create a PO, and you can add any of the child products without adding the Parent product.
• For example, ABC Enterprise often does not receive Products in a Bundle from their vendors. They buy products individually but sell them to their customers in bundles.
• Note: If the checkbox is not selected for a PO, and if the related PO of the Parent product is created and marked as Fully Received, then the Qty in stock will get updated only in the Parent product, and the Qty in stock for the sub-products will not change.

Quickbooks Desktop version

• You can now configure and map custom fields for your Quickbooks Desktop application. 
• You can use the Configure option to view and modify Vtiger and QB field mapping.

Survey

• Process Designer in Surveys. 
• You can now set up actions by mapping Survey responses using the Process Designer. 
• You can now set up actions in the Process Designer by mapping Survey responses to triggers. 
• Surveys are shown as touchpoints in a Contact record. If your Contact takes a Survey, you can now map the Survey response values to Create or Update actions in the Process Designer.
• How does this work - The Process Designer triggers the mapped action once the Contact submits the survey and the conditions you set in the Process Designer are met.
• For example, if your customer scans a QR code to access a survey and provides a rating of less than 7 for a question, you can create a Case automatically through a Process Flow. 
  • You can view Survey response details from the Case record since the survey response is copied to the summary of the case record.
  • You can also send the Case or Ticket number to the Contact along with the summary of the response via email, SMS, and WhatsApp messages.

Timelogs module

• You can now create Workflows for the Timelogs module.  
• For example, you can create a workflow and add an action to update the status field as completed. On the action being completed, the Workflow will trigger and update the status field as completed. 

Xero

• You can sync a sales account for an invoice from Xero to Vtiger and vice versa.
• During the sync process:
  • An invoice record is created.
  • A default line item field called Xero Sales Account is created in the invoice line items. 
  • The Xero Sales account field value is synced along with Xero invoices since this field maps to the account details of the Invoice received from Xero.
