Follow these steps to change the primary email address of a user in Vtiger CRM:
- Log in to your CRM account.
- Go to the Main Menu.
- Click Settings.
- Select Users under the User Management tab.
- Open the desired user's record from the Users list.
- Click the More icon on the top right corner of the screen.
- Click Change Primary Email.
- In the Change Primary Email window, enter the new primary email address.
- Confirm the password.
- Click Save.
Note: Only Admin users can make changes to profile information.
