Why can't I find the Purchase Order module when setting up Automation or After Approval actions?

The Purchase Order module cannot be selected for automatic record creation through Approvals or certain Automation/Workflow actions because
the Purchase Order module contains a Line Items (Item Details) block. Modules with line items cannot be created automatically using:

• Approval-based automation
• Standard Create Record workflow actions
