How can I set up auto-forwarding in Vtiger CRM?

Auto-forwarding or one-way sync brings emails from your email client into Vtiger CRM. Emails that are forwarded from your email client come into Vtiger CRM through Mailroom.

You can set up auto-forwarding from Inbox and Mailroom.

Follow these steps to set up auto-forwarding from Inbox:
  1. Click the Main Menu.
  2. Select Essentials.
  3. Click Inbox.
  4. Click Get Started.
  5. Click Set Up My Mailbox.
  6. Choose ‘Forward incoming emails and CC Vtiger address on outgoing emails’.
  7. Click Proceed.
  8. Enter the following details:
a. Your email address under Address
b. Your BCC email address under Add BCC address for replies (optional)
9. Mark incoming emails as private by default by clicking the checkbox (optional).
10. Click Save.

After this setup, you must verify your email address by clicking the confirmation link sent to it and set up auto-forwarding in your email client.
