Actions

• The Actions Page is now divided into two sections - we now have @Mentions, Updates, and Engagements on one side and My Actions on the other.
• The Events, Tasks, Alerts, and My List shortcuts are listed under the My Actions section. 
• You can now see the Overdue and Upcoming events, tasks, and alerts under My Actions.

Business Hours

• The cases and tickets are now assigned to different teams based on Business hours.

Dashboard

• Sales Insights, HD Insights, Ticket Insights, and Chat Insights are now added to the Dashboard for easy navigation through Insights.

Email Templates

• You now have the option to insert links (like appointment pages, surveys, document sharing, etc.) while creating Email Templates.

Project Gantt Charts

• You can now see the days in the Gantt chart.

Quotes

• The overall discount is now computed based on the pre-taxed amount.

User

• Single app or Light agents users can now select as ‘Reports To’ field on the users Preferences page.
