You can see the response to the Customer Satisfaction Survey in the Deep Dive View of the case record.
Follow these steps to view the survey feedback:
- Click the Main Menu.
- Go to Support.
- Click Cases.
- Select and open the case record whose survey feedback you want to view.
- Look for the Rating and Satisfaction Survey Feedback fields in the case record.
