How do I reply to a case?
You can reply to a case from the Summary View of the case record. Follow these steps to reply to a case:- Log in to your CRM account.
- Click the Main Menu.
- Go to Support.
- Click Cases.
- Select and open the case that you want to reply to.
- Click the Reply button in the Activity section in the Summary View.
- Type the text.
- Click Send.
You can view the email thread in the Activity section.
