How do I stop the feedback emails sent after closing a Case?

Follow these steps to stop sending the feedback email after closing a Case:
  1. Log in to the CRM.
  2. Click User Menu
  3. Select Settings. The Settings page opens.
  4. Click Automation > Workflows. The Workflows page opens.
  5. Search for Default satisfaction survey in the Search Bar. 
  6. Disable Default satisfaction survey toggle for Cases module.
