What are the two default workflows set up for the Cases module?

Vtiger CRM has two default workflows set up for the Cases module. 

  • Update Case status to Closed: This workflow closes a case if it was resolved more than 15 days ago.
  • Default Satisfaction Survey: This workflow sends a survey email to a customer when their case is resolved. The intent of the email is to take the customer’s feedback on the resolution.
